Dr. Ryan Cole sued for malpractice in Idaho
The AFLDS pathologist's Washington State medical license is in jeopardy
America’s Frontline Doctors’ pathologist Dr. Ryan Cole had a malpractice lawsuit filed by an Idaho woman he misdiagnosed with endometrial cancer who underwent an unnecessary hysterectomy.
As the Idaho Statesman reported, Cole erroneously claimed at an AFLDS event in the weeks following his misdiagnosis of this patient (“J.B.”) that there was a “10- to 20-fold increase of uterine cancer” he attributed to vaccines.
What’s worse, this patient is not alone in having been misdiagnosed by Cole in this way. And yet he has received no discipline from the medical board in Idaho.
As we have previously discussed, Cole’s placement on the Idaho board of Central District Health followed a political ousting of his predecessor, a well-respected family doctor who supported common sense mitigation efforts in the early days of the pandemic.
While the deep red state of Idaho has sided with Cole and his politics over the safety of its citizens, Washington State has taken action against the rogue pathologist. In January, the Washington Medical Commission filed charged against Cole’s license over his:
Spread of Covid disinformation
Improper tele-health treatment of patients with ivermectin
Misrepresentation of his own credentials
Interference with their investigation using threats and harassment
AFLDS is currently dealing with a hydroxychloroquine wrongful death case in Nevada.
AFLDS is an organization completely unravelling, only held up by a robustly-funded right-wing that welcomes the sort of chaos they bring if it can destroy the systems - including healthcare - that they wish to take over.
The Idaho medical board cannot continue to protect Dr. Ryan Cole. They are eroding the legitimacy of medical expertise and complicit in allowing him to sacrifice patients to politics. It shouldn’t take malpractice lawsuits to spur action from medical boards tasked with protecting the public from bad doctors like Cole.
