America's Frontline Pathologist got his Idaho position in a Republican takeover
Dr. Ryan Cole, the pathologist founding member of America’s Frontline Doctors, is under scrutiny online for a recent piece of propaganda he lent his credentials to that featured a picture of a bronchial cast being passed off as a Covid vaccine-induced blood clot. Offline, he is facing loss of his Washington medical license and an implosion at AFLDS.
While he would like the internet to know he is very concerned about blood clot victims, he is seemingly unbothered by the four cases where his medical care resulted in patient harm included in the letter from the Washington Medical Commission. Perhaps the wrongful death lawsuit involving Dr. Medina Culver and AFLDS will be a wake up call to him that his actions have consequences also for him.
It shouldn’t have to come to death and legal action to bring attention to this malpractice, but this is Simone Gold MD, JD, Insurrectionist’s organization (for now). People like Gold and Cole are emboldened to act carelessly with public health - as they have done for three years now - because it serves their political backers.
Gold was selected for her post by GOP talent scout Jenny Beth Martin (Tea Party Patriots) and AFLDS was created under then-CNP Action Committee chair Ginni Thomas. Cole was appointed to his position in Idaho thanks to a coup much less obvious than the failed one Gold participated in on January 6th, 2021.
Cole’s appointment in Idaho came after the Republican County Commissioner ousted a well-respected family physician who supported early Covid mitigation policies and handed his seat to the local “anti-vaccine influencer”. In the process of overtaking public health in Idaho, protestors targeted health board members’ homes. This invasion of privacy is something we’ve seen from anti-vax “leadership” at AFLDS and their ally and Cole’s ‘Died Suddenly’ colleague Steve Kirsch.
While Dr. Joseph Ladapo’s post as Ron DeSantis’s (R-FL) anti-vax state surgeon general has gotten much more concern and airtime, it is important to note that the installation of AFLDS is not just a Florida issue. They’re also installed in Idaho.
